Term Dates 2025

Term 1 -  Monday 27 January to Friday 11 April inclusive

Notes on Public Holidays in term 1:

Waitangi Weekend -  no sessions on Thursday 6th February.  However sessions will run on 7th and 8th February. Easter and ANZAC Day holidays are incorporated in the April school holidays this year.

Term 2 - Saturday 26 April - Friday 27 June inclusive

Notes on Public Holidays in term 2:

King’s Birthday Weekend – There are no sessions on Saturday 31 May to Monday 2 June inclusive.

Matariki - no sessions on Friday 20 June.  However sessions will run on Saturday 21 June.

Term 3 - Saturday 12 July to Friday 19 September inclusive

There are no public holidays in term 3.

Term 4 

Saturday 4 October to the session before each individual student's external maths exam for senior students.

Saturday 4 October to Friday 5 December for Year 9 and 10 students.

Saturday 4 October to Friday 12 December for primary school students (Years 8 and below).

Notes on Public Holidays in term 4:

Labour Weekend - no sessions on Saturday 25 October to- Monday 27 October inclusive.

Canterbury Anniversary Day - no sessions on Friday 14 November, but will remain open for regular sessions for the Saturday and Sunday of Show Weekend.
